Item 13 - "Consideration of 1) Federal FY 2021 Certifications and Assurances Required by the Federal Transit Administration and the North Carolina Department of Transportation/Public Transportation Division (ensures the City will comply with all regulations for any federal dollars allocated - $4,367,324);
2) FY 2022 Special Section 5333 (b) Warranty; and 3) Update to the North Carolina Department of Transportation Delegation of Authority Form (authorizes City Manager to submit funding applications and enter into all contracts with North Carolina Department of Transportation and Finance Director as primary designee to submit reimbursement requests, budget revisions/amendments and period of performance extensions; and names Accounting Manager and Grants Accountant as “alternates”)"

Recommended Action - "1) Approve Certifications and Assurances, Special Section Warranty and Update to Delegation of Authority; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, City Clerk and City Attorney to Execute Required Documentation on Behalf of the City"
