A. Consideration of the Following Tax Releases and/or Refunds:
• Schedule B - Report of taxes over $100 recommended for release and/or refund by the City Council
B. Consideration of Grant Project Ordinance Appropriating Grant Funds ($200,000) to the Economic Development Fund as Awarded from the North Carolina Department of Commerce’s One North Carolina Grant Program for Project Fusion 2 (Hubbell Power Systems)
C. Temporary Street Closure:
• Consideration of Request from Public Works for Resolution Approving Temporary Street Closure for the Emmanuel Health Education, Inc. “We Are One Prostate Cancer Bike Walk Run Ride” on June 25th from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.:
Temporary Closure: 100 Block of South Washington Street from Hill Street to Tarboro Street

Recommended Action: 1) Approve Consent Agenda (inclusive of approval of tax releases, project ordinance and temporary street closure);
2) Adopt Ordinance; and 3) Adopt Resolution
