Grant Project Ordinance:
• FY 2020-2021 Project Ordinance Appropriating Funds from the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency and the General Fund for the Urgent Repair Program ($250,000 = $100,000 funded by North Carolina Housing Agency; $150,000 funded by transfer from General Fund)
Grant Project Ordinance Amendment:
• FY 2020-21 Project Ordinance Amendment Increasing Appropriations to the Community Development Block Program Grant Fund for the Housing Repair Grant Program ($125,000 in budgeted funds to be transferred from the General Fund)"
