ALLOCATION/RE-ALLOCATION OF FUNDS RELATIVE TO DEFERRED FY 2021-2022 CDBG PUBLIC SERVICE AWARDS

Item 16: Consideration of Allocation/Re-allocation of Funds Relative to Deferred FY 2021-2022 CDBG Public Service Awards (re-allocates funding from HOME-ARP to CDBG-CARES relative to previous awards and allocates funding for new awards): View
a) United Community Ministries (Community Shelter) – re-allocation = $30,000;
b) Mercer Foundation – re-allocation = $28,425;
c) Ripple Effects – re-allocation = $10,977; new allocation = $5,023; and
d) Lighthouse HOME - new allocation = $2,500 (1016 Eastern Avenue; repair/replacement of
sewer waste line clogged by tree roots)

Recommended Action: 1) Approve Allocations/Re-allocations from CDBG-CARES funding;
2) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to Execute Agreement with
Lighthouse HOME; and
3) Adopt Project Amendment
