• Consideration of Request from Public Works, of an Ordinance Approving Temporary Street Closings for the Rocky Mount Fire Department 125th Anniversary (ordinance adoption requirement of NCDOT standards):
The Temporary Closures of South Church Street (US 301 Business) from Andrews Street to Nash Street, Hammond Street from South Franklin Street (US 301 Bus) to SW Main Street, SW Main Street from Hammond Street to a point 200 feet north of Hammond Street and Coastline Street
B. Notification to Council of Intent and Authorization to Apply for FY 2021 Edward Byrne JAG Grant ($38,909) for the Purchase of Equipment (Nash County share - $15,563.60/City share - $23,345.40)

Recommended Action: Approve Consent Agenda (inclusive of approval of temporary street closure; authorization of Grant Application; and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute documentation and certifications, including subsequent JAG
grant agreement, on Behalf of the City)
