Rocky Mount City celebrates Lineworkers Appreciation Day

Every year, since 2013, on April 18 we celebrate Lineworkers Appreciation Day. It is really important for us to thank them for their service.

Every event that happens to damage energy availability, they are the first responders to restore electricity even during storms. It is because of them we are getting safe energy, which is why they are honored for their service on April 18.
