Request by Peter Varney for the Rocky Mount Redevelopment Commission to rezone five (5)
parcels totaling #0.62 acres at 218, 222, 226 N. Grace Street and 509, 513 W. Thomas Street from B-1 & B-2 to R-6MFA

Recommended Action: 1) Receive Public Comment; and
2) Adopt Ordinance Amending the Land Development Code and Map
