RESOLUTIONS RELATIVE TO FY 2022 INSTALLMENT FINANCING

Item 10: Consideration of the following Resolutions Relative to FY 2022 Installment Financing:
a) Resolution Authorizing the Filing of an Application for Approval of an Installment Financing Contract Relative to Financing for Improvements at the following City Properties: Warehouse, Business Services Center, Battleboro Community Center, Denton Street Pool, and Old Mill Road Pump Station (estimated at approximately $4,059,000) ; and
b) Resolution Declaring the City’s Official Intent to Reimburse Expenditures Made for the Construction of Certain Improvements (Warehouse, Business Services Center, Battleboro Community Center, Denton Street Pool, and Old Mill Road Pump Station; required in connection with FY 2022 Installment Financing - $4,059,000)
