Item 12: Consideration of Resolution Approving Memorandum of Agreement Between the State and Local Governments on Proceeds Relating to the Settlement of Opioid Litigation (City to share in distribution of settlement proceeds over a period of years)

Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution (approves Memorandum of Agreement and authorizes the Mayor to execute same on behalf of the City; and authorizes the City Manager and/or City Attorney to take such measures as necessary to comply with terms of the Memorandum of Agreement, including execution of settlement documents)
