Consideration of Temporary Street Closing Request from Laverne Bullock to Close the 100 Block of NW Main Street from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 1, 2021 for a Vendor Block Party in memory of Karen Jones (Cleen Sweep) B. Consideration of the following Grant Project Ordinance Closeouts: 1) 2010 Redevelopment of Carleton House Restaurant Project; 2) 2011 Main Street Solutions Douglas Block Grant; 3) 2012 ARRA Main Street Energy Grant; 4) 2013 Edgecombe Park Redevelopment and Reuse Project; and 5) 2014 Happy Hill Capital Project C. Consideration of the Following FY 2020-2021 Ordinance Amendments: • Project Ordinance Amendment: 1) Appropriates Funds from the Occupancy Tax Fund to the General Fund as Appropriated in FY 2021 Annual Operating Budget ($500,000); and • Budget Ordinance Amendment: 2) Appropriates Funds in the General Fund ($3,109,586) and Powell Bill Fund ($2,345,586) for Transfer of Surface Transportation Funds Provided from the Annual Vehicle License Fee
