Item 13: Consideration of the following Transit request:
1) Grant Agreement with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for American Rescue Plan Act
(ARPA) Funds for Rural Transit ($580,684 no local match required); and
2) Project Ordinances:
a) Rural Operations - $400,00
b) Rural Capital - $180,684

Recommended Action: 1) Approve Agreement and Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to Execute the Same on Behalf of the City; and
2) Adopt Ordinances
