CONSIDERATION OF THE FOLLOWING BIDS

Item 13: Consideration of the following Bids:
a) Architectural Services for City Hall Interior Renovations – 1st Floor (South Side) – award to Oakley Collier Architects @ total cost of $120,000 (contractor will subcontract 20% with a MWBE); and
b) One (1) 41’ Digger Derrick – Tracked Backyard – award to Altec Industries, Inc. @ total cost of $210,995 (based on bid awarded by Sourcewell Group Purchasing Program [Contract # 012418- ALT-Public Utility Equipment, with Related Accessories and Supplies])

Recommended Action: 1) Award Bids as Recommended;
2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Bid Contract for (a) on
Behalf of the City; and
3) Authorize the Purchasing Division to Issue Purchase Order and Execute Bid
Document for (b) in Accordance with the Council’s Award
