• Chapter 4 entitled “Zoning Districts”; Sections: Sec. 401. Zoning Districts Established.; Sec. 408. Overlay Districts.; and Sec. 409. Conditional Districts;
• Chapter 5 entitled “Zoning Use Regulations,”; Sec. 506. Zoning special use permit standards and conditions. item D. Coordination with Variances. and Item E. Special use permits, BOA.;
• Chapter 7 entitled “General Development Standards.”; Sec. 702. Building permit;
