Item 14: Consideration of First Amendment to HOME Reconciliation Agreement with Nash and Edgecombe Counties and the Town of Tarboro (amends agreement approved 10/11/2021 to reduce Nash County allocation to $1,032,138 and add Town of Sharpsburg with allocation of $169,291 – Sharpsburg to administer its allocation of FY 2021-2022 HOME funds through Town staff)

Recomme1) Approve Amendment; and
2) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to Execute Same on Behalf of
the City
