CONSIDERATION OF CERTIFIED STATEMENT AND LETTER FROM THE CITY MANAGER TO NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Item 14: Consideration of Certified Statement and Letter from the City Manager to North Carolina Department of Transportation Certifying FY 2020 Funds ($217,697) were Expensed by Fiscal Year End (6/20/2021) and that FY 2022 Funds ($224,999) will be spent by the End of FY 2022 (requirement of State Maintenance Assistance Program [SMAP] funding application for Transit)

Recommended Action: 1) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to Execute the Required Certification on Behalf of the City; and
2) Authorize the City Manager to Execute Letter of Intent
