CONSIDERATION OF CERTIFICATION BY THE CITY CLERK OF THE SUFFICIENCY OF THE FOLLOWING ANNEXATION PETITIONS

Item 10: Consideration of Certification by the City Clerk of the Sufficiency of the Following Annexation
Petitions and Scheduling Public Hearings (December 13, 2021):
a. Annexation No. 324 – 677 Fountain School Road (contiguous); and
b. Annexation No. 325 – Thomas Betts Parkway and Peele Road (contiguous)

Recommended Action: 1) Adopt Resolutions of Certification of Sufficiency of Petition for Annexation (sufficient);
2) Adopt Resolutions Scheduling Public Hearing for December 13, 2021; and 3) Instruct Department of Development Services to Prepare Feasibility Studies
