Item 13: Consideration of Bid for One (1) Leica Laser Scanner System - award to Collision & Crime Forensic Solutions, LLC @ a total cost of $48,490.25 (includes scanner, basic warranty, accessories, training, and lifetime 24-hour technical and operational support; purchase proposed to be made in accordance with Sole Source procurement [NCGS 143-129(e) (6)]

Recommended Action: 1) Award Bid Contract as Recommended; and
2) Authorize the Purchasing Division to Issue Purchase Order and Execute Bid
Document in Accordance with the Council’s Award
